PDS100

The model shown is a small, portable, wooden easel compared to large models available. This one is symmetrically asthetic, intended for indoor or outdoor use on a flat surface. The one pictured pictured has not had finish applied to the wood, showing off its natural color and grain.

We can provide you with a completed easle, or you may finish it yourself. Note: never assemble a freshly finished easel that hasn't had time to dry; you'll never get it apart again.

Various views of the easel, both apart and together.

The easel can be completely disassembled down to multiple slats of wood with nothing more than a screwdriver. Each piece is stamped with letters, and detailed instructions come with the easel showing how to put it together. This easel was assembled without assistance by someone who had never seen it before in approximately 10 minutes.

One assembled, the easel may simply be stored flat. There is no need to disassemble it again, unless you really want to conserve horizontal space.

[PDS100]
Everything is adjustable.

Using standard screws and wingnuts, you can completely adjust the height and support settings of both the easel itself and the canvas.

Accessories attach in seconds.

Shown above, the easel is set up to handle regular size sketching pads. However, the easel can accomodate extra large surface areas by using the accessory tray.

The same technique is used for adjusting height and extra canvas supports.

[PDS100]
Shown here with oversized canvas, there is still room for brushes.
(Pictured is T.M. Stoneburner of GraceStone Calligraphics assembling a PDS100.)

The easel is adjustable for angle and has multiple supports in the center for large drawing pads.

The tray is milled to hold brushes, chalk, pens, etc. and comes in two sizes (long and short). It may be adjusted at any height.
