Spiritualism. ...crystalballs, swamis, ghosts, crystals, ...
The Bible language that deals with spiritualism is a litany of loathing:
"evil," "error," "folly," "falsehood," "apostasy," and "abonination."
Here's what the old testament says about "spiritualism"... "There shall not
be found among you anyone that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through
the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter,
or a witch, or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or
a necromancer. For all that do these things are an abomination unto the Lord."
[ DEU 18:10-12 ]
And here's what the new testament says... "But the fearful, and unbelieving,
and the abominable, and murders, and whoremongers, and corcerers, and
idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with
fire and brimstone: which is the second death." [ REV 21:8 ]
Yet millions of people read their HOROSCOPES, have ASTROLOGY CHARTS done for
themselves, go to PALMISTS, and see PSYCHICS and CHANNELERS.
ASTROLOGY dates back to the days of Nimrod, just after the Flood -- and, yes,
God DID put "lights in the firmament of heaven... for signs, and for seansons,
and for days and years" [ GEN 1:14 ], but NOT for the wicked and ungodly to go
and establish the PSEUDO-"SCIENCE" of ASTROLOGY.
MODERN SPIRITUALISM can be traced back to the activities of the Fox sisters
in upstate New York in 1849, and the mysterious rappings they heard in their
house in Hydesville.
The next onslaught of spiritism began in the 1870's -- MEDIUMS introduced
"automatic painting" and the materializations of "ectoplasm," the barely
visible stuff of which SPIRITS are supposedly made...
It was during this time period that efforts were made to study these matters
SCIENTIFICALLY, so that DIALECTICAL SOCIETY was formed in London in 1869, and
the SOCIETY FOR PSYCHICAL RESEARCH at Cambridge in 1882 -- thus the Biblically
illiterate secular would sourted even further involvement with demons and the
fallen angels.

EYES: psychics, astrologers, palmists, channelers, mediums, etc...
In the garden of Eden the Devil hissed to Eve:
"Ye shall not SHURELY die..."
And today the channelers and "spirit guides" are boldly proclaiming:
"SHIRLEY, you won't really die."
Extremely intelligent FALLEN ANGELS, via their mediums, their CHANNELERS,
have planted several UN-Christian NON-Biblican beliefs in people life Shirley
that "God is within you, you are God," and "Reincarnation guarantees that you
live forever, one life after another." -- thus "death" doesn't really exists,
nor do you need Jesus as a savior.
The Christian world needs to pray for Shirley MacLaine, to hope that she and
others like her might come to see the errors of their ways -- but,
unfortunately, many of them will not change, for the Bible says that:
"God shall send them strong delusion, that they sould believe a LIE ...
because they received not the love of the truth." [ 2 THESS 2: 11, 10 ]
Yes, God foretold that these people will truely believe their errors.
If you reject God, and truth along with it, you're going to fall victim to
believing things that are false. And as you accept small lies, larger and
larger ones will be fed to you. Accept Christ, and He opens your eyes and
a lot more things start making a lot more sense, and you can see through the
lies the closer you get to God.
