When I was younger / less wise and had cars that I didn’t mind get scratched and dented, like my ‘70 Maverick, I would generally park in a spot blocking the black truck, or in the third space where his engine is sticking out. Thus there are disadvantages to driving a car you’d prefer to take care of.
On the other hand, there are also fake parking tickets out there too.

My step-father got a ticket for something similar to this, only half of the first parking space was filled with snow from the parking lot snow plows.
The ticket was upwards of $300. So there is some justice in the world. There is hope.
